Hubbe Help

First 5 Alameda County contracts with Hubbe Inc. (Hubbe) to collect and manage data for early care and education providers participating in Quality Counts, Alameda County’s Quality Rating and Improvement System (QRIS) and for applicants of the First 5 Early Care and Education Emergency Grant, which is the current funding opportunity available for early care and education providers.
