First 5 Alameda County contracts with Hubbe Inc. (Hubbe) to collect and manage data for early care and education providers participating in Quality Counts, Alameda County’s Quality Rating and Improvement System (QRIS) and for other participating programs. Below are resources to help you use Hubbe.
