August 10, 2017- QRIS Lead Agency RFQ

F5AC is seeking a qualified organization to act as the lead agency, in collaboration with First 5 Alameda County, to plan, coordinate, and execute the Quality Rating and Improvement System (QRIS) Early Care and Education (ECE) quality improvement services and coordinate county-wide professional development opportunities and trainings for ECE providers.  The lead agency will coordinate the provision of quality improvement services for all Alameda County early care and education programs participating in Alameda County’ Quality Counts. This will include general administrative oversight as well as responsibility for orientation to Quality Counts, development and annual refresh of individualized Quality Improvement Plans (QIPs), and coordination of resources and activities to implement QIPs including coaching, specialty consultation, utilization of improvement grants, and linkage to professional development opportunities.  Please review the application materials for scope of work, application instructions and the criteria for selection.  

 

Administration of ECE Coaching Initiatives Manual

Does your organization or agency currently provide professional coaching in Early Care and Education (ECE)? From assessment to orientation, implementation to evaluation, this comprehensive manual provides step-by-step support to help develop and conduct effective ECE coaching initiatives.  Included with the manual are 10 sample documents to help design a coaching initiative for your needs.
