Our new Strategic Plan comes with a shift in focus. As a result, First 5 has discontinued the Community Grants Initiative. This does not mean an end in opportunities to partner and benefit from First 5’s resources. We will now make grants as part of our new strategies, rather than a standalone grants program. We anticipate releasing a Request for Proposals in line with our new direction in 2017.
We’re so proud of the amazing strides our Community Grants Initiative grantees have made over the last two decades to make early childhood a priority issue in our communities.
