Early learning commitment
President Obama enthusiastically endorsed the effectiveness of early learning in his 2013 State of the Union speech. Hear what the President said: ““Study after study shows that the sooner a child begins learning, the better he or she does down the road.”
The White House also released a set of specific proposals to expand early learning experiences, improve childcare, and empower parents.
